From This Moment  . . . Hourly Package

Getting married abroad or in another city? Need a little help at home to get organized or on the right track?

Many of our coordinators offer an hourly rate which can be used for anything outside of working on site at your wedding. We can come to vendor meetings, go over contracts, help create a budget (and help you stick to it), give vendor referrals, assemble invitations, pick up your groom’s cake, keep track of your guest list, confirm your vendors, or even do research on your behalf. The possibilities are endless!

Please note this is not to be used as a replacement for a coordinator on the wedding day.  Our minimum for on-site wedding work is our Day-of Coordination package.
